Restrictions: Students are to notify Cascade Medical School immediately if he/she has any physical limitations that will hinder successful and/or safe performance of the skills in the class and/or clinical settings.

                     ATTENDANCE and ABSENCES:
 The Oregon State Board of Nursing requires 150 documented hours of training (75 hours of classroom and 75 hours of clinicals). Students may be dropped after 10 hours of absence from the program.
-- Students will not be scheduled into clinicals if any of the required 75 hours of class time is owed, if student has failed final twice, and/or has any outstanding accounts payable.
Payment:
-- No money will be refunded if student withdraws after the completion of the first day of class or fails to meet completion requirements of the course. 
-- A full refund of money will be given if the class is cancelled by Cascade Medical School.
-- 1/2 tuition will be refunded if student withdraws within the first day of class.
